The Carpenter Center offers a breathtaking setting for weddings, private parties, and corporate retreats, featuring elegant indoor spaces and expansive grounds. Our rental packages offer flexible arrangements for events and gatherings of all sizes.
Rental Packages
First Floor: 50 seated (75 standing)
Outside Only: Lawn space only (restrooms available inside)
Entire Property: Includes lawn, first floor, and second floor
Meetings, Parties, and Performances
The first floor of the historic Carpenter house is ideal for meetings, award ceremonies, bridal showers, and family reunions. Tables, chairs, white linens, and tableware is available for up to 50 seated guests, or up to 75 standing. Additional rooms are available on the second floor to accommodate events that are larger or require separate spaces.
Standard Rental Fee: $100/hr
Additional Rooms: $50/hr per room
If you require assistance setting up for your event (including tables and chairs), a $125 set-up fee will be added to your invoice. Set up must occur during normal business hours or during your allotted rental time.
Special rates are available for Non-Profit organizations.
Outdoor Celebrations & Events
With the breath-taking brick mansion as your backdrop, use the grounds of The Carpenter Center to set the stage for celebrating life’s most important moments. Our expansive and meticulously-manicured outdoor space allows for large-scale events, including weddings and reunions.
Standard Rental Fee: $250 for up to 3 hours
Additional Time: $150 for each extra hour
NOTE: This rental package does not include any indoor use, except for restrooms.
Full Property Rental
Immerse your guests in over 100 years of art, history, and culture by renting the entire property for your next private event. This includes full access to the first and second floors of the Carpenter mansion, as well as the lawn and garden area.
Standard Rental Fee: $350 for up to 3 hours
Additional Time: $150 for each extra hour
